Today’s update (9/20/2025): We received a copy of the counter-affidavit for Helen Edith Lee Tan in cases OMB-V-C-JUL-25-0207 and OMB-V-A-JUL-25-0270, with an entry of appearance by Angara Abello Concepcion Regala & Cruz Law Offices (ACCRALAW). This marks the second time CCWI counsel faces heavyweight opposition—the first being CRUZ MARCELO & TENEFRANCIA in a CA case vs Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and Allcard (the National ID supplier).
