𝗖𝗥𝗜𝗠𝗘𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗖𝗢𝗥𝗥𝗨𝗣𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗪𝗔𝗧𝗖𝗛 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟(𝗖𝗖𝗪𝗜) will participate as an independent observer in the post-qualification phase of the Philippine Army’s procurement of military equipment, per their invitation.

Note: Procurement law requires that a qualified NGO observer be invited to participate in the bidding process, and CCWI observers are composed of Certified Public Procurement Specialists with certifications from GPPB-accredited universities.
